About The Position

Server Assistants at Lowlands Group Restaurants provide exceptional customer service to guests and look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations. They inspect food quality, ensure food is delivered promptly and at the proper temperature, greet guests, match food items with the correct guests, and communicate guest requests and needs to servers or bartenders. The role also includes maintaining an organized front-of-house environment and completing assigned opening, running, and closing duties.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Inspect food quality to ensure final preparations meet company standards before items are delivered to guests.
• Deliver food promptly so it reaches guests at an optimum temperature.
• Maintain menu knowledge.
• Greet guests when approaching their table and match food items with the correct guests.
• Communicate relevant guest requests and needs to servers and/or bartenders.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service and service speed.
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing duties.
