About The Position

Acqua Bistecca is a restaurant focused on wood-fired steaks and local seafood with refined Italian influences. As a Server Assistant, you will support the service team and help create memorable dining experiences in a high-volume, fine dining environment. The role calls for genuine hospitality, energy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for food and beverage.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high-volume atmosphere.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work cleanly, stay organized, and work as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities
