About The Position
Ted’s Montana Grill is seeking Server Assistants (Hosts) to help deliver a memorable guest experience and create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Server Assistants are valued members of the team who help provide the restaurant’s distinctive “Big Sky Moments.” The restaurants reflect the style of 19th-century saloons. The role offers a stated pay rate of $4.00 per hour plus tips, averaging $16–$18 per hour. Ted’s Montana Grill closes its restaurants on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Gets along well with people.

- Full-service restaurant experience is preferred.
