Server Assistants (Hosts) are valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team who help deliver “Big Sky Moments” and create a welcoming, memorable guest experience. The role helps foster an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and a distinctive Ted’s experience. Restaurants are designed to represent classic 19th-century saloons. The company emphasizes developing team members into leaders and offers career advancement opportunities.
