About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team. They help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to provide Guests with a remarkable, distinctly Ted’s experience. The role is set in restaurants styled after classic 19th-century saloons. The stated pay is tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $15–$17 per hour.
