About The Position
Ted’s Montana Grill is hiring Server Assistants (Hosts) to help create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver a remarkable guest experience. Server Assistants are valued members of the team who provide “Big Sky Moments” and help ensure guests have a warm, memorable visit. The restaurants reflect the style of classic 19th-century saloons. The role is paid at tipped minimum wage plus tips, with stated average earnings of $14–$17 per hour. Ted’s Montana Grill closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Gets along well with people.
