About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team who help deliver “Big Sky Moments” and create a welcoming, memorable guest experience. The role helps foster an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and a distinctive Ted’s experience. The restaurants evoke classic 19th-century saloons. The stated pay is tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $13–$18 per hour.
