About The Position

Green Bay Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to support its Food & Beverage team. The Server Assistant helps keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready to provide service to members and guests. Duties include assisting servers, delivering food and beverages, resetting tables, and supporting special events. The role offers a variety of tasks in a private club environment and may involve working indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• Previous food service industry experience is preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to navigate crowded areas safely, including stairs and uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after members and guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to support efficient service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of Club events and dining functions.
• Provide attentive and professional service to members and guests.
