About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team. They help deliver “Big Sky Moments” and create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable guest experience. The role involves helping guests feel welcome and creating a warm, memorable experience that leaves them feeling better than when they arrived. The restaurants represent classic 19th-century saloons. Ted’s Montana Grill describes its culture as Premium, Polished and Professional, while also Cool, guided by “The Big Sky Spirit.”
