About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are valued members of Ted’s Montana Grill’s team who help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” for guests. The role supports a remarkable guest experience in restaurants inspired by classic 19th-century saloons. Compensation is tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $15–$17 per hour.
