About The Position
Ocean Prime is seeking a seasonal, part-time Server Assistant for lunch shifts. The role supports servers, hosts, and managers while helping provide guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality. The position requires knowledge of service procedures, a willingness to assist team members, and commitment to the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a clean uniform and good personal hygiene.
- Provide hospitality and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
- Work cooperatively with management and coworkers and assist with their duties when needed.
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
- Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
- Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
- Perform assigned duties and follow the standards and procedures in the associate handbook.
