The Server Assistant supports servers and other restaurant staff with service tasks, keeps dining areas and service supplies prepared, and follows restaurant safety, sanitation, and service protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist servers by running food, bussing tables, taking drink orders, and ensuring table setups are correct.
Stock necessary service items, including ice banks, bar fruit, and service stations.
Polish silverware before and after shifts.
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room.
Collaborate with servers, bar staff, and kitchen staff to provide quality customer service effectively and efficiently.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures and restaurant protocols.
