Host/Hostess/Server Assistant
About The Position
Ted’s Montana Grill is seeking Server Assistants (Hosts) to help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver memorable “Big Sky Moments” for guests. Server Assistants are valued members of the team who contribute to a remarkable guest experience. The restaurant describes its culture as Premium, Polished and Professional, while also being Cool, and guided by “The Big Sky Spirit.” The restaurants evoke classic 19th-century saloons. Ted’s Montana Grill emphasizes hospitality, developing team members as leaders, and making sustainable choices, including working with local growers and using paper straws and sustainable kitchen operations. Restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
