Server Assistant
About The Position
At Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, the Server Assistant helps create memorable moments for guests by assisting the kitchen and servers in the dining room. In the kitchen, the role includes assembling prepared food and condiments according to Fleming’s standards, checking orders for accuracy, and reviewing orders with guests to ensure they meet expectations. In the dining room, the Server Assistant helps track food times, stocks tables with needed items, buses tables, offers drink recommendations and refills, decants and sells wine, and performs tableside service to provide an elevated, seamless guest experience. Requirements
- At least one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.
Responsibilities
