Requirements

TABC Certified
Texas Food Handlers certificate
Excellent customer service skills
Good memory
Flexible availability in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work as part of a team
Must be able to carry 2-3 plates at one time and/or carry a tray of used dishes, utensils, and/or glassware.
Confident and professional table-side manner

Responsibilities

Prepares dining room for service
Must represent the Tiny Boxwoods Productions culture
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly.
Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Removes garbage.
Must be able to carry 2-3 plates at a time on a tray
Ability to run food and beverage items from kitchen to dining room.
Politely clear dishes from tables after guests are done eating.
Must ensure all guests are well taken care and needs are met.
Perform regular table maintenance for guests throughout their meal.
Interact socially with guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Monitor quality control and guest satisfaction.
Collect and polish all table settings
Minimal food preparation to include the cleaning and cutting of fruit.
Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policy and regulations.
Various cleaning tasks and side work
Have clear communication skills
Follow side work procedures, keeping the venue properly cleaned and organized from open to close
Must always be pressed and tailored, complying to the dress code policy.
Performs other duties as assigned.
