About The Position

At Main Event, Server Assistants support Servers to help ensure Guests have an exceptional experience. The role focuses on refills, pre-bussing tables, supporting table turns, and keeping dining areas spotlessly clean. Server Assistants also help with service by greeting Guests, taking drink orders, and delivering food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs. The position requires a commitment to safety, sanitation, and exceptional service, along with performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but is not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Food Handler and Alcohol certifications, as required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
