About The Position

At Main Event, Server Assistants support Servers to help Guests have an amazing experience. The role focuses on refills, pre-bussing tables, assisting with table turns, and keeping dining areas spotlessly clean. Server Assistants also help greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs. They uphold safety and sanitation standards and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Requirements

• Guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

• Prior food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
