About The Position
Server Assistants (Hosts) are valued members of the Ted’s Montana Grill team who help deliver “Big Sky Moments” and ensure a great Guest experience. The role helps create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and a memorable, distinctly Ted’s experience. The restaurants evoke classic 19th-century saloons. Ted’s Montana Grill emphasizes genuine hospitality, a scratch kitchen, and sustainable choices in its operations. The position pays tipped minimum wage plus tips, averaging $15–$17 per hour.
