About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking a part-time Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant. The Server Assistant supports servers in delivering an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The role includes clearing and resetting tables to restaurant standards and completing side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers, and crumbing tables as needed. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- General food knowledge.
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables according to restaurant standards.
- Help provide an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience in accordance with Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Perform side work, including polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers, and crumbing tables as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
