Your warm greeting, hospitable demeanor, flawless table settings, and your attention to detail are a constant no matter the day. Your passion is to provide each guest with a dining experience that will be remembered long after. Strong food and beverage knowledge required. Recognition of personal accountability for their own actions and the outcomes of those actions. Previous fine dining experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to Resolve Conflict
• A high degree of professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous fine dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies
• Collect information on guest preferences to ensure personalized service on every visit.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
