About The Position
Pinstripes is an upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce, with an all-scratch kitchen focused on fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards, and exceptional service. The Server Assistant supports servers and helps deliver a memorable guest experience. This role is essential to the service flow and involves assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown, with particular emphasis on venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; Pinstripes provides training.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Be able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience.
- Work with other team members to help operate the restaurant efficiently.
- Be able to remain on your feet for up to 6 hours.
- Maintain a neat appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Previous restaurant experience.
