About The Position

At Main Event, Server Assistants support Servers to help provide Guests with an excellent experience. The role includes helping with refills, pre-bussing and turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean. Server Assistants also assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Duties may include opening, mid-day, or closing tasks.

Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but is not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
