About The Position

The Server Assistant/Busser is a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences and helping maintain guest service throughout the dining experience. This position supports the opening team at Bella, a restaurant focused on great food, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of guest service to each guest and team member during the shift.
• Proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers who may need assistance.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure side stations are prepared, cleaned, and stocked to meet business demand.
