About The Position

Serve Call Center Specialists assist company drivers with repairs, breakdowns, and repair instructions by routing them to terminals or providing direction for on-the-road repairs. The role also provides electronic log support for the fleet, handles driver and customer concerns, and supports department operations and development.

Requirements

At least 1 year of call center experience (listed as preferred).
Experience handling heavy call volume.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent conflict-resolution skills.
Interpersonal skills and ability to deal comfortably with all levels of management.
Ability to handle confidential material reliably.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Creative and persistent problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of call center experience.

Responsibilities

Provide electronic log support for the fleet.
Communicate with Platform Science about log issues, including sensor failures, out-of-sync logs, and lost communication.
Record accident and injury reports and follow up as needed.
Arrange drug testing as needed and follow up on completion.
Assist drivers with electronic logging devices.
Follow up on outstanding log support tickets.
Receive and document complaints from beginning to end, including follow-up.
Assist the supervisor with managing unassigned drive time for the fleet.
Make decisions appropriately in fast-paced situations.
Process reservations for Lyft rentals and hotels.
Assist in the development and growth of the department and assume new responsibilities as assigned.
