About The Position

Accenture seeks a professional to lead and deliver modern workplace technology transformations, designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable solutions across enterprise environments. The role leads complex technical investigations across workplace technologies, including root cause analysis, solution evaluation, and cross-functional coordination. It partners with engineering, operations, support, and architecture teams to identify ownership, validate recommendations, and improve employee technology experiences through scalable solutions. Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions.
At least 5 years of experience in Authentication & Identity Management.
At least 5 years of experience in Desktop Transformation.
At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Problem Management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); with an associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
