About The Position

Accenture seeks a professional who has successfully led and delivered modern transformations to design, implement, and support secure, scalable solutions across enterprise environments. The role leads complex technical investigations across workplace technologies, including root cause analysis, solution evaluation, and cross-functional coordination. It partners with engineering, operations, support, and architecture teams to clarify ownership, validate recommendations, and improve employee technology experiences through scalable solutions. Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions.
At least 5 years of experience in Authentication & Identity Management.
At least 5 years of experience in Desktop Transformation.
At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM Problem Management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; applicants with an Associate’s Degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Good multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to lead teams and develop team members.
