About The Position

As the Sr. Wellness Coordinator, you'll be the go-to nutrition expert, leading wellness initiatives, and ensuring menu nutrition and allergen compliance. You'll collaborate with culinary teams, clients, and leadership to enhance the dining experience and drive quality, client satisfaction, and program success. This role is for a corporate wellness account in Boston, MA.

Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)-required
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable
At least two (2) years of wellness related experience highly preferred (K12, campus dining, or corporate wellness)
Serve-Safe certification required or obtained within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire
Good working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions strongly preferred
Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred

Nice To Haves

experience in campus or corporate environments preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives.
Develop and present educational materials for events such as health fairs, lunch-and-learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, and client presentations.
Support wellness-focused marketing initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns.
Manage menu and recipe development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses.
Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide ongoing training and support for assigned accounts to maintain program success.
Serve as the resource for nutrition education, sustainability guidance, and wellness inquiries from clients, customers, and associates.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of nutrition and food allergy information, ensure compliance with wellness standards, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness promotion activities.
Contribute to business growth by supporting account retention, participating in sales presentations, and assisting with quarterly business reviews.
