About The Position

This role is for a Senior Vice President, Paid Media Amplification. The individual will be responsible for building and operationalizing a modern paid media capability within an integrated agency model. This includes establishing and refining a cohesive, scalable paid media offering aligned with the company's market position. Key responsibilities involve implementing integrated ways of working across various departments, developing frameworks for media planning, activation, optimization, and reporting, and partnering with other teams to translate data into actionable media strategies. The role also involves collaborating with Finance on revenue models and pricing, and leading high-performing media teams, including integrating acquired teams. The Senior Vice President will serve as a senior media lead in client strategy and growth, leading paid media strategy, supporting new business pitches, and building client confidence. They will also identify opportunities to expand services and contribute to revenue growth. The role requires leading across brand and performance media with strong strategic judgment, understanding the balance between brand-building and performance-driven approaches, and guiding channel selection and budget allocation. Support for affiliate as an integrated capability and ensuring media activity meets standards for regulated industries are also key aspects. The ideal candidate will possess a builder, systems thinker, collaborative leader, hands-on, practical operator, and accountable mindset. Key 90-day expectations include establishing an operating plan for Paid Media, an integration plan for an acquired media team, developing a market-facing POV for Paid Media & Amplification, establishing foundational financial structures, and defining a differentiated approach to paid media in regulated categories.

Requirements

  • Build and operationalize a modern paid media capability within an integrated agency model

  • A market-facing POV for Paid Media & Amplification is developed and being applied in client conversations and new business
  • Foundational financial structures are established in partnership with Finance, including initial approaches to pricing, bill rates, and profitability
  • A differentiated approach to paid media in regulated categories is defined, establishing how /prompt will plan and activate beyond standard media models
