About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive retention, growth, and client impact. This is not a media buying role. You will be responsible for strategy, decision-making, and client leadership, with AI used for execution. Your job is to think, lead, and grow accounts. Our portfolio includes Single Grain Agency (Enterprise digital marketing services including SEO, Paid media, Creative, CRO, AI-driven growth strategy), ClickFlow (AI-powered content optimization platform), and Karrot (LinkedIn advertising and landing page platform for B2B demand generation). We are evolving into a tech-enabled services (TES) company where software, automation, and services combine to create leverage. Our CEO Eric Siu hosts the Leveling Up podcast and co-hosts Marketing School with Neil Patel, reaching millions of marketers and founders.

Requirements

Owned client relationships end-to-end
Deep experience with Google Ads + Meta
Strategic thinker with strong judgment
Proactive, high ownership
Comfortable in live client situations
Uses AI to build workflows, not just prompts

Responsibilities

Own Revenue: Manage ~$60K/month in client revenue, Maintain 100% retention, Grow accounts to $72K/month+ (20%+ growth) through upsells, budget expansion, and new channels.
Lead Strategy: Deliver 2+ proactive recommendations per client per month, Identify issues before clients do, Tie performance to real business outcomes.
Be Proactive: Flag risks early, Eliminate reactive communication, Maintain high execution quality.
Use AI for Leverage: Build workflows that save 5+ hours/week, Automate reporting, QA, and analysis, Reinvest time into strategy.
Expand & Systemize: Launch new channels (LinkedIn, programmatic, CTV), Build repeatable systems that improve performance.
