About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support the growth of a rapidly scaling global technology organization. This is an opportunity to partner directly with engineering and product leaders, drive talent strategy, leverage cutting-edge AI recruiting tools, and hire top-tier technical talent across a broad range of engineering disciplines. Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, TPM, and Engineering Leadership roles.
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
  • Strong experience managing complex, high-volume technical recruiting environments.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing highly competitive candidates.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies, talent mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience utilizing recruiting metrics and market intelligence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within highly regulated or compliance-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and emerging recruiting technologies.
  • Experience supporting engineering organizations undergoing rapid growth or transformation.
  • Exposure to ATS and CRM platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Eightfold, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Product and Engineering positions ranging from Software Engineers to Staff Engineers, Technical Program Managers, AI/ML professionals, and Engineering Managers.
  • Manage approximately 15-20 concurrent requisitions across multiple technical teams.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate talent profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
  • Utilize market intelligence, talent analytics, and competitive insights to influence hiring strategy, leveling, compensation alignment, and talent location decisions.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with hiring managers and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive exceptional candidate experiences while maintaining a high bar for technical talent.
  • Leverage modern recruiting technology, AI tools, and automation platforms to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and recruiting best practices across the organization.
