About The Position

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technical projects in complex, fast-paced environments. This fully remote role calls for a highly organized, technically fluent project leader who can manage ambiguity, align stakeholders, anticipate risks, and maintain execution momentum. The position supports government intelligence agencies and involves large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management (engineering or TPM).
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule (IMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical, and executive teams, partners, or customers.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience independently designing, planning, and executing technical projects, including distilling data and articulating rationale for difficult trade-offs.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading SaaS development, migrations, and business, compliance, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance-driven frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile credentials.
