Airbus•Mukilteo, WA
•$160,000 - $188,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) leads complex robotics, automation, and advanced aerospace tooling programs from concept through deployment. The role combines systems engineering, program execution, and customer delivery, ensuring integration of high-value capital equipment—including robotics, precision tooling, motion systems, and automated assembly technologies—into aircraft production environments. The STPM owns scope, schedule, cost, risk, and technical integration; coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams; and serves as the primary interface to Airbus internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customer production sites. The position is on-site and requires 30% domestic and international travel. It is a US direct-hire role with a salary range of $160,000 to $188,000 per year, including a variable performance-based component. The required profile determines the salary offered.
