It also mentors technical team members on project management frameworks and delivery practices. The position is suited to a project manager with application development and infrastructure experience who can work in ambiguous environments, establish governance, challenge incomplete requirements, and guide projects from initial request through operational handover. The role translates business and technical requirements into executable infrastructure strategies, coordinates engineering and operational teams, and maintains control of scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations. Technical domains include data center, network, security, compute, storage, virtualization, and disaster recovery. The role establishes and maintains program governance, reporting, escalation, decision-making, and change-control processes; tracks program performance and readiness; and prepares executive reports, dashboards, decision papers, and recommendations. It facilitates steering committees, design and readiness reviews, risk workshops, and executive decision meetings. The position leads multidisciplinary teams, mentors project and technical personnel, and promotes program management practices, including OKRs and execution roadmaps, that align engineering delivery with long-term product strategy. Success is measured by delivery against approved scope, schedule, and budget; quality of requirements and delivery plans; timely risk mitigation; accurate executive reporting; successful production cutovers and operational handovers; effective cross-functional coordination and vendor performance; and measurable improvements in resilience, scalability, capacity, security, cost, or service performance.
