The TPM will own program delivery from planning through launch while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across these teams. The position partners with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, as well as Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Localization. The TPM brings structure to changing plans and priorities, manages dependencies and risks, aligns teams on ownership and sequencing, and communicates program health and recommended paths forward to executive and senior leadership. The role covers recommendation infrastructure and models; subscriptions, payments, and advertising; and lifecycle messaging and the CRM platform. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration three days per week, based in Los Angeles, California, or Palo Alto, California. The stated annual salary range is $160,000–$175,000; the range is reflective of a Los Angeles-based position and may be geographically adjusted.
