NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead safety planning and execution for Nemotron models. The role focuses on AI safety and model evaluations, especially agentic-safety evaluations involving multi-turn tool calling, unsafe tool use, unintended actions, excessive autonomy, and multi-step failures. The program manager will coordinate evaluation execution and analysis, convert findings into prioritized mitigation plans, and oversee scope, dependencies, risks, resources, and release-readiness criteria. The position translates technical safety priorities into executable programs spanning LLM security, frontier risks, agentic safety, and hallucinations. It establishes evaluation coverage across multi-turn, multimodal, multilingual, long-context, and reasoning use cases, and provides governance for reviewing findings, determining severity and release impact, documenting evidence and decisions, and escalating unresolved risks. The role also builds and maintains dashboards and executive reporting on evaluation coverage, findings, mitigation progress, residual risk, and release readiness.
