About The Position

The Senior Technical Program Manager, EE will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, driving alignment across hardware, firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. This role involves managing program schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables, with a strong emphasis on electrical engineering aspects such as PCBA schematics, layouts, signal integrity, power, and EMI/EMC. The position requires leading board bring-up, debugging, and design trade-offs, applying knowledge of PCB fabrication and DFM/DFA principles, and driving cross-functional reviews through all development gates. Responsibilities also include managing prototype, engineering, and production builds, cost optimization, production readiness, and ensuring seamless IoT integration and certification (Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home, Matter, Wi-Fi, BLE), while communicating program status, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS. Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10 years of experience in consumer electronics and smart home (IOT) product development
  • 5+ years of project management experience, leading cross functional teams
  • Project management experience in the consumer product industry using the latest tools and techniques required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven success in dynamic environments
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Hands on experience with gerber file generation and validation
  • Deep knowledge of embedded systems and firmware interaction
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, Thread, Zigbee, Matter)
