About The Position

As a member of Teleport’s Customer Solutions Team, the Senior Technical Account Manager owns the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers, including implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role is responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport products and solutions while proactively driving adoption so customers realize their maximum value. This is a deeply technical, customer-facing role. It involves designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, often on Kubernetes, troubleshooting workloads and access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers, and planning enterprise-wide rollouts. The role also develops and delivers training, serves as a customer champion within Teleport, and works with Product to prioritize customer feedback. The Senior Technical Account Manager is the primary lead for identifying and initially triaging technical blockers through shared chat, tickets, and meetings. The position requires comfort with change and a commitment to ongoing learning as Teleport grows and launches new offerings. Teleport is remote-first and globally distributed.
