About The Position

The Senior Team Lead will oversee a portfolio of teams, initiatives, and projects focused on strengthening Bloomberg Industry Group’s content. The role will guide content strategy, deepen understanding of customer usage and needs, oversee the governance model, improve reporting and analytical capabilities, and develop thought leadership activities and programs. The position also works with commercial teams and external industry and university partners to increase content awareness, utilization, sales, and customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a manager.
• Demonstrated success solving customer problems in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage change and drive a group.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, influence content direction, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and independently amid multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines.

• Specialized education, such as a J.D. or graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and coordinate strategic content initiatives.
• Increase understanding of how customers use content and how it can provide greater value, using existing customer insight opportunities and identifying new ones.
• Explore, test, and iterate on new content concepts, using data and customer insight to guide decisions and define measures of success.
• Improve reporting processes and metrics so team leaders can make informed decisions that maximize customer value.
• Liaise with commercial teams so they can use content to increase new sales and customer retention.
• Increase team participation in thought leadership activities for events and commentary.
• Develop and oversee partnerships and programs with industry organizations and universities to increase awareness and utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products.
• Perform other related or special tasks and responsibilities as business needs require.
