About The Position

The Senior Team Lead - Operational Enablement oversees a portfolio of teams, initiatives, and projects that strengthen content. The role develops strategic approaches to content, deepens understanding of customer usage, oversees the governance model, improves reporting and analytical capabilities, and develops thought leadership activities and programs. The position also develops industry and university partnerships to increase awareness and use of Bloomberg Industry Group products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a manager.
• Demonstrated success solving customer problems in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage change and drive a group.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, influence content direction, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and independently amid multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Specialized education, such as a J.D. or graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and coordinate strategic content initiatives.
• Increase understanding of how customers use content and how to make it more valuable, leveraging existing customer insight opportunities such as customer advisory boards and identifying new opportunities.
• Explore, test, and iterate on new content concepts, using data and customer insight to guide decisions and define measures of success.
• Improve reporting processes and metrics so team leaders can make informed decisions that deliver value to customers.
• Liaise with commercial teams so they can use content to increase new sales and customer retention.
• Increase team participation in thought leadership activities, including events and commentary.
• Develop and oversee partnerships and programs with industry organizations and universities to increase awareness and utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products.
• Perform other related or special tasks and responsibilities according to business needs.
