About The Position

pplwise is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join the recruiting team of a fast-growing space-technology company and help build out its organisation. The role is remote in Canada and is a full-time freelance engagement paid hourly. Hiring will focus on the functions in which the Talent Partner has experience: technical, go-to-market, or general business roles. During the first two weeks, the Talent Partner will check in daily with pplwise leads and teammates and complete onboarding with both pplwise and the client. Onboarding covers pplwise’s principles, frameworks, and methods, as well as the client’s vision, strategy, culture, team goals, and open roles. The Talent Partner will build relationships with hiring managers and their teams and prepare a delivery forecast using the pplwise methodology. After onboarding, the Talent Partner will own assigned roles, build pipelines, and proactively share insights with stakeholders to identify and address bottlenecks. The role combines end-to-end recruiting, stakeholder partnership, hiring forecasting, data-informed decision-making, and candidate experience. The Talent Partner will also work with the wider pplwise team to share support on sourcing and delivery challenges.
