We are seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and drive talent strategy for roles across Seaspan’s Shipyard Operations which includes Production, Facilities & Maintenance, Health Safety & Environment, Security, and Planning & Scheduling. You bring strong business acumen to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent while optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist provides market intelligence and is a trusted advisor to leaders on talent market trends. You are a natural relationship builder and tailor your approach and communication style to each audience, offering balanced perspectives and building trust through clarity and credibility. This position is complex due to the volume and breadth of roles along with the individual complexity of particular assignments. Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employees will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
