This is a remote hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings periodically throughout the year within Eagle and Summit Counties. About the opportunity: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist has responsibility for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for Vail Health. The Senior Specialist is associated with attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent. The Senior Specialist will develop, plan and executes strategies and activities to accomplish business objectives related to recruitment and selection decisions.
