Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach to candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail, particularly when managing competing deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Talent acquisition experience in professional services (consulting, law, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help support the end-to-end Consulting Team Talent Acquisition strategy and execution for the Toronto office while supporting broader recruiting priorities across Canada.
  • In partnership with Recruiting Partners, Recruiting Directors, campus stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition colleagues, help attract and convert exceptional talent to BCG, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Combine operational excellence with relationship management, event execution, and recruiting insights to strengthen BCG's talent pipeline.
  • Contribute to recruiting initiatives across entry-level consulting, experienced hire, and analytics while supporting innovative approaches that enhance candidate engagement and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Lead and execute recruiting activities including the planning and execution of recruiting events, candidate programs, interviews, and offer conversion.
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, university career centres, and key recruiting stakeholders while strengthening BCG's brand and presence on campus.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the talent acquisition process and pipeline development strategy.
  • Analyze talent acquisition data, market trends, and program outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues across Canada and North America to deliver a consistent and effective recruiting experience.
  • Lead strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen Talent Acquisition operations, candidate engagement, and talent outcomes.
