About The Position

If you’re tired of being a small cog in a massive recruiting machine, this is your chance to step up. Here, you won't just be filling requisitions; you will own the end-to-end recruitment operations. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our processes, advise our leadership, and see the direct impact of your work on our company's growth. We offer the scale of a rapidly expanding organization with the ownership and influence usually missing from larger, stagnant teams. We are rapidly and continuously scaling our sales organization across six states and we need a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who refuses to wait for applicants to come to us. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where you’ll act as a hunter—not just a screener. You will be responsible for building a perpetual, warm pipeline by sourcing talent proactively and pulling them into our CRM to cultivate relationships. Using our Phenom tech stack, you will move beyond ‘post and pray’ tactics, architecting automated engagement campaigns that nurture prospects 24/7. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will operate autonomously to ensure our aggressive hiring goals are met with speed, efficiency, and scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (specifically entry-level sales or field-based roles). You know how to cast a wide net without losing control of the process.
  • The ability to operate at "full stride" with minimal supervision, successfully managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
  • A proven track record of rapidly vetting candidates to move them through the funnel efficiently.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level ATS/CRMs; experience executing automated campaigns

  • Phenom experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an always-on pipeline.
  • Execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns to nurture prospects and leverage our Talent Community to keep the funnel full.
  • Process high volumes of applicants without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles autonomously.
  • Efficiently filter volume to identify top talent for our hiring leaders.
  • Review one-way video interview submissions and/or conduct virtual screens to funnel quality talent to our hiring leaders for on-site behavioral interviews.
  • Act as a power user of our recruitment platform (Phenom). Utilize automation for drip campaigns, targeted outreach, and maintain pristine data to keep our high-volume engine running smoothly.
