About The Position

This role involves partnering with manufacturing/operations and corporate leaders to understand job functions and required talent capabilities. The specialist will provide leadership consultation, assist with job description updates, determine search criteria, and offer market insights on compensation and talent availability. The position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of roles, executing the full life cycle recruiting process, including advisory meetings, market research, intake sessions, developing recruiting strategies, candidate screening and interviewing, facilitating interview debriefs, and negotiating and extending offers. The specialist will also collaborate with leadership to organize interview participants and schedules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience as an individual contributor
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing/operations and corporate leaders, external search firms and institutions to drive the hiring process.
  • Communication/Interpersonal skills: Able to effectively work across the organization and with prospective candidates to showcase key information about the organization, role, interview process or hiring decisions using both written and verbal skills.
  • Organizational skills: Working in a detail oriented and confidential environment be able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities while building strategies that meet overall business goals.
  • Technological skills: Experience with various job boards and social platforms to recruit passive candidates and ideally experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; in-depth experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally UKG’s Recruiting and Onboarding modules. Solid experience with experience with MS/Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or team leader experience is a plus.
  • Additional knowledge of other tools to automate, optimize or handle KPI reporting would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing/operations and corporate leaders to develop and maintain a full understanding of the job function, the role it has within the organization, and the current talent capabilities required.
  • Identifies, documents, and provides leadership consultation that supports client’s goals including assisting with updates to job descriptions, determining search criteria, and providing current market information on compensation or availability of talent.
  • Responsible for a diverse portfolio of roles completing the full life cycle recruiting function for assigned departments to include advisory meetings, market research, intake sessions, recruiting strategy (posting + sourcing), candidate review (screening and interviewing), interview debrief, and negotiating and extending offers.
  • Works with leadership to organize interview participants and create the interview schedule for all meetings.
