Reporting to the Director, Talent acquisition, we are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support corporate and leadership hiring across Canada. This role is well suited for an experienced recruiter who is comfortable working in complex contexts, understands the business drivers behind hiring needs, and builds strong partnerships with leaders and HR teams. You’ll work on high‑impact searches in an innovative environment that values sound judgment, clear communication, and high‑quality execution.

Requirements

  • Strong full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally corporate and/or leadership‑focused.
  • Proven sourcing and talent assessment capability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Solid business judgment, curiosity, and learning agility.
  • Comfort working in demanding environments where quality matters.
  • A pragmatic, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as this role involves regular collaboration with managers, partners, and candidates located outside of Quebec as part of nationwide responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and leadership roles across Canada.
  • Proactively source senior and specialized profiles, including passive candidates.
  • Act as a business partner to hiring leaders, providing market insight, context, and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Bring clarity when needs or priorities are not fully defined.
  • Guide stakeholders through the process and support informed decision‑making.
  • Deliver a professional, consistent, and human candidate experience.
