About The Position

Vishay is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across a global semiconductor organization. The role offers exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The position is hybrid or remote from the United States, with preferred states listed as NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, and AP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong execution and organizational skills.
• Proactive sourcing mindset.
• Stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience hiring in the semiconductor or electronic component manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects and cross-border hiring initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
