About The Position

Parker Health Group, a comprehensive aging services organization with over 115 years of experience, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Senior Systems Administrator. This role is responsible for the stability, reliability, and security of Parker Health Group’s core IT systems and infrastructure. The Senior Systems Administrator operates with a high degree of independence, exercising professional judgment to diagnose and resolve complex systems issues, proactively prevent service disruptions, and implement resilient, long-term solutions across on-premises, cloud, and endpoint environments. By maintaining reliable and secure technology platforms, this position plays a critical role in supporting uninterrupted operations, staff productivity, and the safe delivery of services within a senior living and healthcare environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 support, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop/server operating systems and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience administering O365 / Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and related cloud services.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, or similar for imaging, patching, and configuration.
  • Experience scripting or automation.
  • Experience working in ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow, Jira) with adherence to SLAs and escalation procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows Server certifications preferred (e.g., M365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator).
  • CompTIA certifications preferred such as Network+, Security+, or equivalent vendor neutral credentials.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements relevant to Aging services is highly desirable.
