GMi is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator who can own and operate the full technology environment for a complex, multi-site organization. This is a domain ownership role, not only an execution role. You will design, build, deploy, maintain, and support the network, security, and end-user technology stack that keeps 350+ computer users productive – 175 of them knowledge workers – while ensuring the right support systems are in place for our broader 1,800-person workforce. While few people today are "AI-fluent", we are looking for someone eager to grow and expand their AI knowledge to become an "AI-first SysAdmin." You will report directly to the CIO and operate with a high degree of autonomy within the strategic direction the CIO provides. You will also lead GMi's L1 Help Desk function, providing technical mentorship and L2/L3 escalation support to a small, growing team.
