About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for daily receiving and shipping team operations and for preparing and executing documentation required for production deliveries and incoming goods to the 3PL warehouse. The role supports efficient coordination with internal and external warehouses, suppliers, and customers. It works the third shift, from 23:00 to 07:15.

Requirements

2–4+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Supply Chain Clerk in the respective area.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
In-depth knowledge of commonly used supply chain management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Basic knowledge of transportation and freight management processes and procedures.
At least 2 years of experience with SAP.
Basic knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes and standards.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree.
Forklift license.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations with 3PL warehouses and cross-functional teams.
Support daily receiving and shipping activities in alignment with company priorities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and 5S requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation for shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged goods.
Communicate operational issues, personnel concerns, and daily shift results to supervisors and stakeholders.
Coordinate material sequencing, JIT deliveries, and urgent transportation requirements with suppliers and production.
Support production, quality, logistics, and internal customers to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
Manage material flow by routing goods to the correct locations and ensuring compliance with company and IATF 16949 requirements.
